Protecting Children
Phototype does not knowingly accept personal information from any child. If Phototype is made aware that a subscriber is underage, Phototype will immediately remove all identifiable information from all of our records in compliance with Online Children’s Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

Phototype may update the Privacy Policy. In that event, Phototype will notify you about significant changes in the Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in the Phototype mailing list and/or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Survival
Rights and obligations under the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive will remain in full force and effect after termination or expiration of the Terms of Use.
Court Jurisdiction
By using Phototype.com, you agree to conduct all legal matters in which you choose to engage Phototype within the courts of the state of Ohio and according to the laws of the state of Ohio.
